Messy Middle Coaching

A safe space for women who are ready to slow down, get curious about what’s keeping them stuck, and move forward with greater freedom—even when fear remains.

You don't have to have it all figured out to move forward.

You don't have to wait until fear disappears, your faith feels stronger, or you finally get everything right.

There's room to be honest about where you are, notice what's keeping you stuck, and begin learning what it looks like to move forward with God, right where you are.

One step at a time.

What if freedom isn't the absence of fear...

but discovering the safety of God's presence within it?

The Messy Middle is a place to practice.

Growth isn't about finally getting everything right.

It's about learning to notice what's happening, getting curious about the patterns that keep showing up, and practicing a different way forward.

Some days you'll make progress. Other days, fear will get loud, old habits will resurface, and you'll forget what you know to be true.

But that doesn't mean you're back at the beginning.

That's why we practice.

We practice noticing.

We practice getting curious.

We practice trusting God.

And when we lose our way, we practice returning.

Returning to truth. Returning to grace. Returning to the God who hasn't gone anywhere.

Again and again.

Because the goal isn't perfection.

It's learning to return.

My hope is for you to feel more grounded, more rooted, and more free—not because life has become easier, but because you're learning a new way to meet whatever comes.

What Coaching Together Looks Like

Sometimes we become so accustomed to second-guessing ourselves or looking to others for answers that we lose sight of what we really think, feel, and believe.

In our time together, you'll have space to slow down, be honest about what's happening, and get curious about what's beneath the surface.

I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and gently reflect what I'm hearing—helping you notice patterns, explore what you believe, and consider where God might be inviting you to trust Him.

We'll end each conversation by making space for you to name your own next step. It might be something to do, something to notice, or simply something to bring before God.

You don't have to leave with everything figured out. Just a place to begin practicing.

A Little About Me

I'm a Christian speaker, author, and coach who loves helping women loosen the grip of perfectionism, reframe fear, and practice moving forward in the messy middle—one small return at a time.

With warmth, authenticity, and genuine curiosity, I create space for women to slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and release the pressure to have it all together. I'm trained in biblical, trauma-informed coaching, and I love walking alongside women as they notice old patterns, consider new possibilities, and learn to return to the steady presence of God.

When I'm not speaking or coaching, you can usually find me wandering the aisles of HomeGoods, overthinking my next haircut, or practicing what I preach—learning to laugh at myself and let go of the need to get everything just right.
